Here's What Results You Should Expect:

"How Could Someone Half My Age Give Me Insight On Life"

"I'm writing this because Nate has been a huge part of who I am and who I am becoming. If I had to put what he does into words, I would say he is a remembrance teacher and not afraid to constantly keep learning himself and he will take you as deep as you want to go."

"This Evening's call really moved and affected me"

To be able to have another man who I can lean into for support that I couldn't get anywhere else...I am deeply grateful for that. You created a safe place for me to open up in a way I struggle to do myself. I appreciate you holding me accountable and I think that is the greatest gift you gave me this evening.

"I Am Deeply Grateful"

"You didn't hug me, you asked me to look in the mirror and find the solution. You supported me in a way I've never experienced before and I am deeply grateful to you. The growth I've experienced in myself over the last several years has been hard earned. The value I get from this is so deep and I pray I contribute to you as much as you do to me. Thank you

Meet Your Coach:

Hello, I’m Nate Nadeau

I've been through heartbreak and betrayal. I left the Air Force with no plan for what came next. I spent eight years working night shift in the ICU, a job I didn't love, because it created financial security.

On paper, my life has been great: six figures, beautiful relationships, living in some of the most desirable places in the country. And yet something was always off. I could feel it in my gut, and I was too comfortable, and honestly too scared, to do anything about it.

I read the books. I listened to the podcasts. I went to the men's retreats and came home clear, confident and decisive… for about three weeks. Then the same feedback would come back: from my partner, at work, in my own head. I wasn't showing up as the leader I said I wanted to be. I understood what that meant. I just couldn't live it. I was performing masculinity, not embodying it.

What finally changed wasn't more information. It was awareness. I started to see the roles I'd been playing and the emotions buried underneath them. Then I learned to drop out of my head and into my body, and to stay with what I found there long enough and deep enough to actually clear it. For the first time, the new version of me didn't fade after a few weeks. It stuck.

This is for the man who:

Has a good life, maybe even a great one, and still knows in his gut something has to change

Is scared to touch it, because what he has is "better than most"

Keeps hearing, from his wife, his kids, his business, that he's not showing up as the leader he wants to be.

Wants to lead but doesn't know what to change, or how to make it stick

I help dads in their 30s go from knowing to becoming. The clarity to see what's off. The courage to change it. And the embodiment to lead their family and business, not for a few weeks, but for good.
